G5
This is the common way to call the five permanent members of the Security Council. These five countries have the Right of Veto. It applies only in the topics of major importance such as the Emergency Situations.  Any of these countries can use it to reject a working paper by its own interests, provoking the restart of the debate. The Right of veto only applies in the Security Council. In the General Assembly, if the discussed topic is of major importance, the agreement of the majority G5 on the resolution is essential.
